Living Minimalist - Simple Living
Living Minimalist: Here at Minimalismus.ch we are not talking about the minimalism in the context of art, music and architecture, but the simple living lifestyle. Objective: less property, less consumption, quality of life, more freedom, a more conscious self, more time and money. Wikipedia defines it that way:
Simple living encompasses a number of different voluntary practices to simplify one's lifestyle. These may include reducing one's possessions, generally referred to as Minimalism, or increasing self-sufficiency, for example. Simple living may be characterized by individuals being satisfied with what they have rather than want. Although asceticism generally promotes living simply and refraining from luxury and indulgence, not all proponents of simple living are ascetics. Simple living is distinct from those living in forced poverty, as it is a voluntary lifestyle choice.
Focus on what is important
You want to focus on what's really important in your life? Having more time for your passions and dreams? Do you say often: No time. No Money. No place. Then consider the living minimalist lifestyle for you.
One of the most important rules in living minimalist is the close observation of the own consumption patterns. We are talking here not just about the goods you buy, but also how many times you meet friends, how many things you read, how many social media posts you answer on a daily basis and so on. The fundamental question is always: Do I need it really - is it desire or need ?
Minimalismus.ch is convinced, that you can start to living minimalist is only possible in four steps. Decluttering - become organized - stay clutter free - and then you can slowly blend into living minimalist.
